The Women’s Adventure Film Tour made a stop in Saskatoon for the first time and I was proud to be a local sponsor of the event. Originating in Australia and showing in countries all over the world, the Lady Alliance in collaboration with Get Outside brought this tour to Canada.

I am on the executive of the Alpine Club of Canada – SK Section and do a lot of pro bono work for the Club, also a supporter of the Film Tour. It's always fun to have clients in my areas of interest – adventuring, outdoor activities, climbing, wildlife and environmental organizations, etc., while I also volunteer at a Women’s Shelter in child care. I love the opportunity of mixing business with pleasure in this kind of situation.

Having a display in the lobby allowed me to meet many of the film-goers and other supporters. It was a successful evening and I couldn't be prouder to sponsor such an empowering event.
